32th Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival Kicks Off in 2016

The 2016 Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival has kicked off on Jan 5, in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province. The annual winter festival is the largest ice and snow festival in the world. This year marks the 32nd anniversary of the event at the Harbin Ice and Snow World, and has been given the theme of "Pearl on the Crown of Ice and Snow."
