It has restaurants, entertainment facilities, and well-equipped meeting halls, with interior decoration inspired by an Ewenki tribe, the Aoluguya, who lived close to the Lena River, in Russia, and is one of the few tribes of that still inhabit the forest. So, guests will find many tree images in their room and the hotel comes complete with a fleet of luxurious sport cars that guests can use for free.
The Pelham is from one of Europe’s oldest luxury hotel groups and will open next August. It will have 50 villas, each with a garden and kitchen, and more than 190 rooms and suites, as well as entertainment facilities and a parking lot. The hotel covers a 20,000-square-meter space, with more than 60 percent of it covered by greenery. The highlight is the private butler service, which is available round-the-clock.
