Wang Tieqiang, head of the Harbin Party’s United Front Work Department, and the delegation were accompanied by Qi Yao, vice-chairman of the city’s Party Committee, and will visit the cities of Shenzhen and Guangzhou in Guangdong province, and Wenzhou, in Zhejiang province, for on-the-spot inspections, investment negotiations and signing ceremonies.
Their job is to promote 26 Harbin projects, 14 of them from local enterprise proposals in agriculture, culture, tourism, high-tech materials, and trade. They also involve industrial–park construction projects for LED, electronics, software, robots, medical equipment and new energy.
