The city of Harbin, Heilongjiang province is ready for the China Harbin International Beer Festival, opening the evening of June 25 and lasting until July 6, at its Ice and Snow World, giving locals a taste of beers from all over, including the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, and South Korea.
They should be able to get their fill, since they can choose from more than 200 brands, more than 20 of them international, including Berliner, Flensburger, Radeberger and Schofferhofer, as well as tasty snacks, such as roast goose, lobster, and fried chicken from 16 booths.
The festival covers a 600,000-square–meter space, or 50,000-sq-m more than for last year’s, the organizers say, with a total of 14 canopies and nine beer gardens for Chinese and foreign brands.
The organizers also advise visitors to avoid peak times and the venue opens several hours before the opening ceremony.
