The opening of an ice art gallery in Harbin on Saturday enabled visitors to enjoy ice scenery even in the summer, Xinhua News Agency reported on Sunday. The gallery, which is on the city's Central Avenue, covers 5,000 square meters and cost 30 million yuan ($4.8 million). The gallery used 1,000 cubic meters of ice, and the 25 ice and snow sculptures inside attracted thousands of visitors on opening day, the report said.
