Intl Windsurfing Grand Prix Kicks off in Harbin

The 2018 China Harbin Third International Windsurfing Grand Prix began Saturday on the Songhua River in Harbin, capital city of Heilongjiang province.

The competition attracted more than 200 participants from UK, Germany, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore as well as 11 provinces of China.
