An exhibition featuring ancient cultural relics from Shaanxi province kicked off in Heilongjiang Provincial Museum on Aug 15.
The exhibition comprises of four chapters, and provides visitors with an opportunity to learn more about the culture, history and daily life of Zhou dynasties (c.11th century-256BC), Qin Dynasty (221-206BC), Han dynasties (206BC-220) and Tang Dynasty (618-907), through a total of 80 ancient cultural exhibits.
Shaanxi province in Northwest China, namely Qin in ancient times, is the cradle of Chinese civilization. In Chinese history, there were a total of 14 dynasties that established their capital cities in Shaanxi.
